Currently under construction, the New Life Christian Church is expanding to include three storeys of classrooms and offices as part of the master planning model CHPA created for the church council. The design team addressed challenges from high water tables and flood construction levels by employing a waterproofed foundation structure, raised windows and elevated doorways. On the upper floors, large windows provide extensive daylighting and unobstructed views of the valley.
Future developments of this project include a proposed Gymnasium, Entryway, and Porte Cochere.
