CHPA has recently developed several multi-family buildings of the following types:

We have managed to create a cost efficient building system for the condominiums and apartments in particular, that includes a concrete parking structure and four storeys of wood frame above.
Individual units are carefully delineated on the exterior of the building to increase street appeal, community fit and create a sense of identity for each resident.
The main entry points are heralded with Architectural features and common space is generous and well detailed. Intensive landscaping creates a softening presence on these sites.
