McMillan Elementary School is on a small and sloping site. Three classrooms, 2 kindergartens, an administration area and major renovations were required to accommodate the increase in students. Site servicing requirements dictated extensive redevelopment all around the existing school.
With thoughtful consideration, the entry points from the existing facility were incorporated into a main entry focal point adjacent to parking. New Kindergartens were also permitted adjacent to the student drop off zone.
This project and its partner – WA Fraser Middle School Conversion – were Construction Management Projects undertaken with Unitech Construction.
