The Mission School District required a replacement location for the Riverside Trades Centre, and retained CHP Architects to design the addition and renovation of the existing Mission School District Maintenance and Administration building. The project, currently under construction, involves a two storey addition to the existing maintenance building, as well as the addition of a new Automotive shop to the existing School Bus Maintenace Garage on site. The site required significant coordination with the Department of Fisheries, and construction involves constant control of runoff and silt near the sensitive stream running through the middle of the site.
