The partners at CHP Architects have accumulated more than 80 years of collective experience designing schools that have served the needs of communities stretching across the province of British Columbia.  Educational planning lies at the core of the interests and expertise of the firm and we remain dedicated to the task of continually proving ourselves to be leaders and innovators in providing quality education facilities to the communities we serve.

We believe that every project is unique and requires a tailored approach to design.  Each project responds to the values of the client and the requirements of the user and site creating a strong bond of the built form to the site.  We consider that this approach results in a design that is functionally and aesthetically superior. 

We also believe in the use of environmentally friendly materials keeping in mind the parameters as well as control of life cycle costs and building maintenance. CHP Architects works with all consultants to ensure optimal energy efficiency for both the operation and maintenance of all facilities buildings using established and globally responsible LEED initiatives and principles.
