Our practice is privileged to have offered Architectural Services in the Lower Mainland since 1992. At our inception, we felt it may be difficult to establish an Architectural practice for the long term in the Upper Fraser Valley. It now appears that the Chilliwack area has grown up around us. Many of the projects we undertake are local while we still find our location central for providing services to the Lower Mainland as well as the Interior and Northern regions of the province.
The type of service CHPA can provide is as varied as the projects we undertake:
The Preliminary Design Stage introduces the client and their needs to CHPA and allows an exploration of ideas to be discussed.
The Design Development Stage resolves these ideas into one mutually approved concept and further develops the project in three dimensions.
The Contract Documentation Phase distills the developed concepts into drawings and specifications that clearly and concisely define the building programme.
Tendering of the project entails potentially assisting with the distribution of the documents and responding to queries regarding project intent. Assistance with Contractor selection is also considered at this stage.
Contract Administration can be undertaken with regular Site Meetings and Inspections to ensure the project is constructed according to documentation.
